Membership procedures and regulations

Who may become a member of the Stuttgart Cricket Eagles e.V.:

  • Anyone, irrespective of age and geographical location, is eligible to become a Passive member of the Stuttgart Cricket Eagles e.V..

  • To become an Active member, you have to have a valid German residence permit or visa.


How to become a member of the Stuttgart Cricket Eagles e.V.:

  • Download and fill up the membership form. Your original signature is required on the form before you send it to the club. For kids under 18 years, the Parents have to sign the registration form. The registration form may be found here
  • The filled form may be sent either per Email (stuttgart.eagles@googlemail.com) or per Post (Pforzheimer str.16, 71229 Leonberg).
  • After sending the registration form, the member has 1 month time limit to pay the entry and yearly fee. If the member fails to do so within the deadline, a delay fee of 10 Euro will be charged. The deadline applies both for Active and Passive members.
  • In case one member needs more time than the deadline, he must sent an written application before the end of the deadline for an extension. The board will then decide on it.
  • For every year, the deadline (at least 1 month) for yearly fee and amount as decided on the general meeting of the Board, will be posted on the web page or Facebook group.
  • The Board of members of Stuttgart Cricket Eagles e.V. holds the right to accept or reject any particular application.

Who may become a board member of the Stuttgart Cricket Eagles e.V.:

  • You must to be a member of the club

  • You are motivated and willing to work in your leisure hours for the club without remuneration

  • You must attend the board meetings

  • You are ready to provide status of your tasks on a regular basis

  • You are ready to document all the tasks that you have executed for the club. That includes book-keeping, sending all information and email copies to club email and to the board, sharing and archiving information on the Facebook group etc..

  • You take active part in all the club activities

* With this yearly fee category one may only take part in practice or training sessions and friendly games. If you want to participate in league matches, it would cost 10 (home) or 20 (Away) Euro per match.  The same holds for passive members.

** Match Fee is additional to Yearly Fee and only for the best 11.  It covers the travel to away games, drinks, umpiring, ground and ball fees.
